Getting a puppy is an exciting time. Showing your young dog what behaviours are desirable increases the likelyhood of those behaviours repeating. However, it can be daunting to know where to start and if you are doing the right thing at the right time. Also what do you do when your young dog is doing something you don't like? How do you redirect them?
Puppy classes are a great way for puppies to learn that the desired behaviours aren't just expected at home, but they are rewarding when you are out and about with distractions too. As well as showing you how to train your dog we aim to help you build your relationship with your dog. The aim of our puppy classes is to help you understand your puppy better and get you through those common puppy problems.
Our classes cover all the usual basic training including the all important recall and loose lead walking. We also show you how to redirect your puppy when they are doing something you don't want in a kind way! By the end of the 6 week course we aim to have given you the skills to get better focus and engagement from your puppy as well as helping them gain some self control.
As well as the 6 week in-person training we provide access to a WhatsApp group so you can ask questions and post videos between classes. We also offer discounts on future learning courses and our "real life" workshops.
